We are
honored to introduce our staff:
Randy worked with the Southern Baptist Convention at Boys Ranch Town in Edmond, Oklahoma. He has ministered in churches in Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas since 1976. Randy has been on numerous mission trips including Central America, Mexico, U.S., Orient, and Eastern Europe. Randy is married to Rebecca and they have 3 children, Erin Rose, Luke Henry, Levi Justin. Randy has a heartfelt love for Christ. He enjoys playing tennis and fishing. His favorite thing is sharing the Gospel, spending time with his family and leading the church to influence the world for Christ. Randys prayer for the church is Colossians 1:9-10a"For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord."
Bret has been a member of our staff since June 1995 and co-ordinates our education and mission efforts. He is married to Julie and they have two boys: Devin and Trent. His favorite activity is any activity with his family.
Rich attended the University of
Missouri-Rolla in the fall of 1994 and completed his bachelor's degree in
Aerospace Engineering in 1999. Rich felt God calling him to the ministry
in 1996 and began serving as part time youth minister and worship leader at the
Westside Baptist Church in Waynesville, Missouri. He was ordained as a
minister of the gospel in 1998 and then began serving as full time Associate
Pastor and Music Minister at Westside. In February of 2003 we were blessed
to have Rich join our staff. Rich and Grace were marrie Rich's favorite Bible verse is:"Teach me Your way, O Lord, and I will walk in Your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear Your name. I will praise You, O Lord my God, with all my heart; I will glorify Your name forever." Psalm 86:11-12 (NIV) Rich's email address is Rich@firstbaptistog.org Brandon Smith grew up in a pastor's home, most of the time living in
Missouri. He graduated from southwest Baptist university in Bolivar, Missouri
in December of 1994 with a degree in Church Recreation. After a year and a half
of ministry in southwest Missouri he went to Midwestern Baptist Theological
Seminary in Kansas City where he received a masters of Arts in Christian
Education in May of 1999. Brandon has served many churches in Missouri and Tennessee.
Since June, 2006 Brandon has been serving at First Baptist as the Youth Pastor. He
loves to spend time with his wife Joanna and two girls Makenzie and Madison. He
also loves to spend time outdoors fishing, hunting and camping. |
