Student Ministry Council
The purpose of Student Ministry Council is to give students and parents representation in the planning and coordination of 3:12 Students Ministries at First Baptist Church of Oak Grove, Missouri. The goal is to give ownership of our student ministry to the students so that will learn to grow in wisdom and stature and favor with God and man. Each Sunday School class elects a representative and three additional students are selected by the Student Pastor. The students and the Student Pastor then select adults from within our church congregation to serve alongside them.
The Student Ministry Council meets once a month in The Pillar on a Sunday afternoon.
