Greetings FBC Oak Grove, WOW! What an awesome experience this trip has been so far and our journey is only half way completed. Last night during devotion number two I was able to share a couple of things on my heart. First of all, I am blessed to be a small part of this group and to share in these young peoples lives. They are truly an inspiration to me and it has been really neat to watch them work, grow, and share the love of Jesus with others. I know they have touched many lives along the way including mine. The second thing I wanted to share is the difference between being a Christian and living like a Christian. Big difference! I have been a Christian since I was a young boy, but I have spent the last 30 years living in the world. I didn’t know how to have fun as a Christian. The group is helping me with that challenge. I have had an opportunity to travel and experience a lot of neat things in my life. This trip ranks up at the top of the list. Thank you for allowing your family members to be a part of this trip. They are now a part of my family! God Bless,
