Hello, Today was our third day in VBS and the kids just find little ways to touch my heart. We have no idea what goes on in there lives and yet they can still come here and love on us and sometimes, we learn about Jesus through them. Our Lifting Praises team performed for the Boys and Girls club and the kids loved all the songs and skits we did. Some of the kids even sang along and others clapped. It’s so amazing to watch God work through these little kids. Wednesday evening we met with two other church groups and we got to hear how God was working through them and share some of our stories with them. PS. I can’t believe we only have two days left! It has gone by so fast.
Hello, Today is my birthday (Thursday) and I am so glad I get to spend it on a mission trip. We had an amazing day at VBS and the kids are really enjoying themselves. The construction crew has really been working hard and has almost finished the work at the church. Our whole youth group is growing from the work that we are doing and noticing that opportunities to share the gospel are everywhere around us. Don’t wait til tomorrow there are opportunities everywhere. Tonight we are going to the Dixie Stampede and it should be exciting. Welp I’ll keep you updated.
